A high intensity 50 minute boxing technique driven class which combines bouts of body shredding, shadowboxing and heavy bag work with intense intervals of total body conditioning - in the dark. You'll learn techniques to slip, jab, hook, uppercut and throw punches. Book a bag and box alongside seasoned boxers and beginners alike! CruBox also offers themed classes like Hip Hop Sundays or private sessions, which includes mitt work, jump rope, bodyweight exercises and more, to tailor to your needs. CruBox is founded by the Ding siblings. The founders are sibling trio Valerina Ding, Calvin Ding and Bebe Ding, also behind the CruCycle brand. They set up CruBox Los Angeles in Melrose West Hollywood, and subsequently brought CruBox back to Singapore.
