The 500-square-meter space houses a main workout area equipped with cardio machines, weight training equipment, and small accessories, alongside a 100-square-meter group exercise studio and spacious changing rooms with sauna facilities. The gym offers diverse training options including open gym access with personalized workout programs and daily circuit training, group classes covering functional training, postural gymnastics, Pilates, Pilates Reformer, and general fitness. Personal training services are available in 30 or 60-minute sessions for general conditioning, injury recovery, and postural correction. Pilates Reformer instruction is offered in individual, duet, and small group formats. Membership options include trial sessions, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and seasonal passes, with single-entry and package deals also available for flexible access.
