Gym With Lap Pool
LA Fitness New Rochelle is a 36,000 square foot club on the second floor of a two-story building at 75 Nardozzi Place, in the retail strip beside Costco and Home Depot. It opened in spring 2023 and belongs to the LA Fitness chain, founded in Southern California in 1984. The club has a 25 yard, three lane lap pool, a whirlpool spa, and locker rooms with showers and saunas. There is a group exercise studio and a separate tiered indoor cycling room. The gym floor holds over 100 cardio machines, each with its own screen, plus a selectorized circuit and free weight areas. Group classes such as Zumba, indoor cycling and yoga are included in membership. Personal training is available for an extra fee.
