PureGym Forum is a fitness center located on Worsaaesvej 17 in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, near the lakes and Forum metro station. The facility spans six floors in a traditional Frederiksberg building, with reception and changing rooms on the ground floor, cardio area with over 20 treadmills on the first floor, strength training equipment on the second floor, free weights section with squat racks and dumbbells on the third floor, a 50-person group exercise studio on the fourth floor, and a cycling studio with 40 bikes on the top floor. Recent facility upgrades include new cardio equipment, updated cable and strength training machines, expanded free weights area with new platforms and racks, and additional functional training equipment, including rowing machines, SkiErgs, and BikeErgs. The center offers personal training services with certified trainers and an extensive group fitness schedule, including yoga, strength classes, and 24 weekly cycling sessions. Parking is available for two hours on weekdays and unlimited on Sundays and holidays.
