Crossfit Hannam is one of Seoul's first CrossFit affiliates improving fitness and building community since 2012. The gym offers a comprehensive fitness program for all ages and fitness levels. Certified trainers provide detailed instruction and feedback in small group classes, each of which is a unique and challenging workout. Classes are 55 minutes long and include warm-up exercises, stretching, skill/strength lessons, demonstrations, workouts, and a cool down. Participants can start with as little as two days a week and gradually increase to three or four days a week to see significant improvements in their overall fitness and body shape. The gym provides a supportive and encouraging environment for all members, helping them to reach their goals and feel a sense of accomplishment.
