The facility includes a lap swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and a dedicated outdoor training area known as the EōS Yard. Strength training equipment includes free weights up to 150 lbs, Olympic lifting platforms, and EGYM-powered smart strength machines. A MOVEōS Cinema room allows members to exercise while watching a film on a large screen. Additional amenities include a CryoLounge with heat and cold therapy, a recovery room with massage chairs, and an EVOLT body composition scanner. Group fitness classes are offered on-site, and personal training is available for all experience levels. Small group training sessions are also an option.
