Elev8 Lagree is the first and only Lagree studio in the Philippines, using the megaformers. Lagree Fitness is a patented full-body workout that burns fats and sculpts lean muscles by combining strength, endurance, cardiovascular, balance, flexibility, and core training. It utilises slow and controlled movements, working muscles almost to the point of fatigue, but is low impact and safe on joints and the spine. One-on-one private sessions with a trainer is also available for scheduling.
