Kickstart the day with the SWOD. There'll be team challenges - you're gonna need to count on your SweatBuddies so everyone finishes together. Team effort, people!
The workout is designed to foster social connections and work up a good sweat, at the same time! A partner workout that incorporates effective, mostly bodyweight movements to work your full body and core - all with a SweatBuddy. To switch things up, rotating partners means you get to connect with multiple partners over a natural high. Think HIIT with buddies, together with all the good stuff - awesome music beats & amazing company.

A Thirst-Quencher Yoga Session
Satiate your thirst for balance - an invitation to Bend, Connect, Flow, Move, Stretch & Sip to chill beats, good company & at a beautiful location.
Incorporating movement alongside alignment in asanas, expect to sweat, enjoy and have fun! Pick up your surprise prop to guide your in your journey to stay grounded, and to be mindful of the way you move...
